“I feel much more valued seeing that the company invests so much in its employees’ happiness through creativity.

Everyone has a depth of layers; it was a great experience to be able to peel some of those back and get to know each other better.

It was nice to learn more about people’s personal lives and to collaborate on something out of our 'BAU' (Business As Usual). I feel like I understand some of them more. I feel closer to my team."
